Fee Schedule and Cancellation Policy

Fees are $150 for a 50 minute session 

Out-of-network provider for most commercial insurances except CenCal Behavioral Health, Compsych and soon to be contracted with Aetna and Medicare. This means that you are responsible for paying the fee. A superbill will be provided (a receipt for services) which you may submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. All professional services are charged directly to you. It is highly recommend you verify the specifics of your coverage and submit for reimbursement.

​*Please note:  Mental Health diagnosis becomes part of your health record if you choose to use your insurance coverage.  The benefit of not involving your insurance is that your psychotherapy treatment is fully confidential .

Good Faith Estimates and No Surprises Act | CMS

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. The estimate is based on information known at the time the estimate was created. The GFE does not include any unknown or unsuspected costs that may arise during treatment. You could be charged more if complications or special circumstances occur and will be provided a new “Good Faith Estimate” should this occur.

If I am not in your health plan’s network, I am considered out-of-network. This means that I do not have an agreement with your health plan to provide services. Getting care from me may cost you more than utilizing your in-network insurance benefits.

If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.

Payment is due at time of service.  Credit card payments are only available online and will not be taken on-site.

Cancellation Policy

If you do not show up for your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
